Curd Dumplings

  1. Whisk eggs, add salt and sugar. Add flour, curd and knead the dough.
  2. Sprinkle an even surface with flour and make two 2 cm thick dough rolls. Flatten and cut them into pieces of desired size.
  3. Boil a pot of salted water. Put in the curd dumplings and boil for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Serve with sour cream and butter sauce.
