- Beef tenderloin fillet 30 g
- Potatoes 15 g
- Onion (medium) 1 vnt.
- Ceps 1 vnt.
- Pickled beetroots 100 g
- Salt 1 žiupsnelis

Preparation
Parboil the beef. Add chopped vegetables, ceps and a whole onion and leave to cook. Season with salt and a spoon of yoghurt sour cream.
