Smear one side of the bread with lots of butter and the other – with mayo and mustard. Add grated cheese, 2 pieces of ham, diced cucumbers and another layer of cheese on the side with mayo and mustard. Then cover the sandwich with another piece of bread (butter on the outside). Heat the pan, put in the sandwich, cover the pan and fry for a couple of minutes on low heat until brown, then turn the sandwich upside-down and do the same for a couple of more minutes until the other side is done. If the cheese didn't melt, put the sandwich into a microwave for a couple of minutes. Cut in half and serve instantly.
