Bruschetta with Baked Grapes

Preparation

Break down the bunch of grapes, put them into a baking pan, sprinkle with some olive oil and salt. Stir and bake for 7 minutes in a 200°C oven. Slice the bread, cover both sides in olive oil and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Mix ricotta with lemon peel and a pinch of salt. Smear the bread with ricotta, put on several grapes, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with several leaves of fresh thyme.
