This is an exceptional type of DŽIUGAS® cheese of limited edition, made only from the best and most valuable summer milk! Cows at organic farms freely roam in pastures, surrounded with Samogitian rivulets and hills, far away from large cities and industry. That's why their milk is especially valuable and delicious, uncontaminated with heavy metals, free of any remnants of pesticides, hormones or antibiotics.

The process of making the organic DŽIUGAS® cheese is strictly regulated – the milk comes only from certified farms, transported separately from the ordinary milk. At the factory organic cheese is produced separately from the rest of the cheese, without using any preservatives or other synthetic additives.

Special recipe, highest quality milk and very long maturation at special storage creates a unique, milder cheese DŽIUGAS®. The spiciness, characteristic to this cheese is balanced with gentle milky undertones, touching not only your palate, but heart as well...
